The Relma France
Relma Tannery from france, known as The Guyard, Chesneau and Compagnie establishments are the result of the union of two former megisseries specialized in the tanning and manufacture of goat and sheep skins which are 100% ethically sourced. Using techniques combining knowledge and modernity, the artisanal part is still predominant in the different finishes that are made on the skins. The great specialty of G.C. & C. is the “chagrin”, hand technique giving the skin once finished a unique texture. Relma’s Chèvre Crispe on the left and Chèvre Marocain on the right; Crispe has stiffer body with obvious spine while Marocain has finer grain with softer touch also not so visible spine, often used for lining purpose.
